He was predeceased by: his parents, Freda Doriety and Thurston Doriety. He is survived by: his wife Debbie L. Doriety; his children, Brent Doriety (Candace) and Joy Wilson (Joel); his grandchildren, Elliott, Hadassah, Caris and Silas; his siblings, Craig Doriety (Melinda) and Shereen McGibboney (Terry); and his nephews, Tyler Doriety and Devin Doriety (Emily).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Jemison First Baptist Church (24348 US-31, Jemison, AL 35085). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
