He was predeceased by: his parents, Louie T. Tolbert and Mary Frances Greathouse Tolbert. He is survived by: his wife Brenda F. Tolbert; his sons, Timothy T. Tolbert (Wendy), Phillip "Kelvin" Tolbert and Christopher "Melvin" Tolbert (Christy); his grandchildren, Anna E. Tolbert, Jessie Ingram, Amanda Tennyson, Kelsey Snips, Phillip Keith Tolbert, Austin M. Tolbert, Nicholas A. Tolbert, Alyson Tolbert, Christohper Tolbert, Walter Jacobs and Adrian Bailey; his sisters, Bonnie Moore and Betty Phillips (Chuck); and his sister-in-law Linda Forster (Ronald). He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Chapel of Charter Funeral Home (2521 US-31, Calera, AL 35040). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
