He is survived by: his wife Kathy Headley of Jemison; his son Wade Headley of Jemison; and his siblings, Marty Headley (Donna) of Jemison and Sherri Wingard (Barry) of Bismarck, Arkansas. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
