She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold Elbert Brown and Betty Estelle Thomas Brown; and her husband Aubrey Dean Cost. She is survived by: her children, Jessie Lewis (Rochelle) of Montevallo, Tina Smith (David) of Clanton and Clint Cost of Jemison; her grandchildren, Krista Vaughan, Kathryn Vaughan, Keith Vaughan, Jacob Smith, Shawn Smith, Skylar Smith and Lilly Ellison; her great grandchildren, Londyn Lewis, Harper Smith, Jesse Smith, Zane Vaughan, Kyle Vaughan and Henry Robertson; and her sisters, Carolyn Creamer, Marilyn Johnson, Sandra Copeland and Jannette Brown.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ellison Memorial Funeral Home (1709 Lay Dam Rd, Clanton, AL 35045).
