He was predeceased by : his parents, Benny Frank Bice and Patricia Ann Lowery; his daughters, Megan Bice and Alayna Bice; his brother Lane Bice; his niece Kayla Brackin; and his father-in-law Ronnie Headley.

He is survived by : his wife Lori Bice of Jemison; his children, Lance Bice of Jemison and Anna Bice of Jemison; his siblings, Adam Bice (DeeDee) of Jemison and Cindy Brackin (Wayne) of Clanton; and his brother-in-law Lee Headley (Kelli) of Jemison. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
