He is survived by: his wife Jan Forbus of Kellyton; his sons, Jamie Mark Forbus (Kara) of Alexander City and Daniel Patrick Forbus of Kellyton; his grandchildren, Alyssa Forbus Wood (Wendall) of Wetumpka, Hayden Jay Forbus of Alexander City, Aubrey Forbus Reddish (Ryan) of Birmingham and Paige Forbus of Alexander City; and his great grandchildren, Landon Wood of Wetumpka and Bryleigh Wood of Wetumpka.
