She was predeceased by: her mother Clara Faye Whitehead; and her husband Teddy Brodka. She is survived by: her father Hoyt Whitehead. She is also survived by her children; her beloved grandchildren; and many extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Lake Martin Animal Shelter in Suzie's memory — honoring her lifelong love for animals.
