It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fay Stripling of Kennedy, Alabama, who passed away on March 31, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Thomas and Margie Mordecai (Campbell); her husband Edwin; her siblings, Evie Malone, Hazel Axmacher, Sue Pennington, Shirley Weaver and Berry Mordecai; and her grandson Chris Tippett.
She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Barrett (Wyman) and Evelyn Tippett (Lee) of Kennedy, AL.; and her siblings, Martha Perry and Flay Mordecai. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 1 step-grandson, 17 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.
