He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Jack" Holsonback and Susie Tyner Holsonback; his brother Ray; and his sisters-in-law, Ann Holsonback, Betty Smith Cutts and Opal Smith Shelton.
He is survived by: his wife Zettie Smith Holsonback; his children, Michael Glen Holsonback (Karen) and Dusty Holsonback Ahlgren (Larry); his grandchildren, Tiffany Holsonback, Kacy Kennedy (Sam), Karoline Holsonback, Michael Glen Holsonback, Jr. (Harley), Chloe Holsonback, Jordan Brooke Ahlgren (Michael Artz) and Trey Ahlgren (Christina); his great grandchildren, Tre Haley, Zoey, Armani, Kaysen Holsonback, Piper Kennedy and Lynkon Ahlgren; and his brother-in-law Richard C. Smith.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Dowdle Funeral Home (270 McAdams St, Millport, AL 35576). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
