He was predeceased by: his parent Plezie M. Dollar; his wife Cynthia Dollar of Kennedy, AL; his mother Elizabeth Wheeler Dollar; and his brother J. B. Dollar. He is survived by: his sons, John Darryl Dollar and Danny Ray Dollar (LeAnne); his grandchildren, D. J. Dollar (Kyndal) and Abbi Dollar Brown (Timber); and his great grandchildren, Parker, Paxton and Raylen. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Dowdle Funeral Home (270 McAdams St, Millport, AL 35576). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
