She was predeceased by: her parents, Muriel Kuhlman and Alfred Garfall. She is survived by: her husband Gilford G. Creasy; her daughter Teresa Carpenter (Terri); her grandchildren, Randall Seth Yesmont and Hannah Grace Weeks; and her sister Christina Gail Rodriguez.
