Higgins, Sr.; her children, Richard Allen Higgins (Catherine), Laurie Ann Higgins (Geena Phillips) and Stacy Marie Westbrook (Cameron); her grandchildren, Aly Bray (Adam Bob), Wesley Donaldson, Hunter Higgins (Summer), Jacob Donaldson and Calum Higgins; her great grandchildren, Ashlyn Kerr, Maisee Bray and Lainey Donaldson; her parents, Herman Floyd Brooks and Annie Lou Mozley Brooks; and her son William S. Higgins, Jr. (Diedra).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (203 Plum St, Florence, AL 35630). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
