He is survived by: his wife Ann Marie Butler; his sons, Kyle Butler (Dawn) and Rodney Butler (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Blair Holden (Dustin), Cody Butler (Whitney) and Jesse Butler (Charley); his great grandchildren, Brody Butler, Avery Holden, Bentlee Butler, Beckham Mitchell, Tyke Butler and Elsie Kate Butler; his brother Joey Butler (Belinda); and his sister-in-law Dixie Butler. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
