She was predeceased by: her parents, Christopher Thornton and Virgie Thornton of Tiplersville, MS; her husband Robert William Milstead of Florence, AL; her son William Larry Milstead of Florence, AL; her son-in-law Samuel Williamson of Westfield, IN; and her grandson Samuel Mark Williamson of Westfield, IN.

She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Lisa Milstead Williamson of Westfield, IN and Leta Mariea Milstead of Florence, AL; her granddaughter Margaret Shannon Williamson-D'Antoni (John) of New Orleans, LA; her granddaughter-in-law Tracy L. Williamson of Westfield, IN; and her great grandchildren, Ja'neyaih Williamson and Clayton Williamson of Westfield, IN..

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Heritage Christian University, Mars Hill Church of Christ or Lauderdale Christian Nursing Home.
