He was predeceased by: his father Ottis Gentry Allen; and his brother Joel Allen. He is survived by: his mother Ora Lee Jones Allen; his brothers, Terry Allen (Linda) and Ottis Coy Allen; and his nieces and nephews, Lisa Allen Childers, Brian Allen, Cale Allen and Lori Allen Leonard. He is also survived by Several great nieces & nephews and great-great nieces & nephews.
