She was predeceased by: her husband Harold Douglas Dowdy; her parents, Hershal Hubbard and Letha Hubbard; and her siblings, Billy Joe Hubbard, Larry David Hubbard, Margaret Marie Hubbard, Nannie Dee Rhodes, Thelma Jean Hayes, Jewel Roberson and Barbara Sue Murphy.
She is survived by: her daughters, Tina Delony (Kevin), Charlotte Mathis and Belinda Green (Mark); her sister Wanda Creasy; her grandchildren, Brandi Romine, Barry Marthis (Mindy), Tara Schurfeld, Katie Eldridge (Taylor) and Alex Barber; and her great grandchildren, Carter Mathis, Maggie Mathis, Theo Mathis, Braxton Davis, Bryson Mathis, Vivian Eldridge and Slade Schurfeld.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens (2601 Florence Blvd, Florence, AL 35630).
