He was predeceased by: his former wife Josie Blevins; his grandmother Joyce Ross; and his uncle Dennis Glover. He is survived by: his wife Shanna Blevins; his parents, Debra Moody and Stuart Moody; his children, Katie, Andrew (Baylee), Ben (Abby) and Tommy Blevins; his grandchildren, Blake-Leigh, Bentleigh and Ryatt Blevins; and his brother Donnie Blevins (Amanda). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
