In the sacred silence of farewell, Gene is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Gene's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his wife Linda Adkison (Messer). He is survived by: his children, Deborah Miller (Jeffrey) and Greg Adkison (Karen); his brother Louie Adkison; and his sister-in-law Eva Adkison (late Charles). He is also survived by his granddaughters, his youngest.
A graveside service was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Of Christ Cemetery Earlytown Church.
