She was predeceased by : her husband John Hershell Caldwell; her grandson Steven Caldwell; her brother Jimmy Fleming; and her parents, Nell White Fleming and Louie Fleming.
She is survived by : her sons, Terry Caldwell (Cindy) and Chris Caldwell (Lori); her sister Jeanette Ezell; and her grandchildren, Callie Caldwell and Clay Caldwell.
