He was predeceased by : his parents, Drayfus Lee and Lucy Jay Williams; and his siblings, Billy Ray Williams and Johnnie Faye Avant. He is survived by : his wife Jonnie Marian Parker Williams of Kinston, AL; his sons, Drayfus "Dray" Lee Williams (Tori) and Ronald "Ron" Dennis Williams (Sara); his grandchildren, Caroline Carter (Tanner), Haley Ellis (Zach), Eli Williams, Seth Williams and Isabelle Williams; his great grandchildren, Tate Carter, Tucker Carter and Baylor Ellis; and his sister-in-law Peggy Williams.

In lieu of flowers the family request memorial that contributions be made to the Samson First Freewill Baptist Church Cemetery Fund 14039 West State Hwy 52, Samson, AL 36477.
