He is survived by : his wife Judy Jacobs; his sons, Tad Jacobs (Katie) and Adam Jacobs; his sister Patricia Cork; his mother-in-law Glenda Jacobs; his grandchild Raelynn Jacobs; and his stepgrandson Kayson Tubbs.
