He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles William Osborne and Una Jean Jackson Osborne; and his siblings, Jerry Ronald Talley and Rhonda Kay Talley Lyle. He is survived by: his siblings, Michael Scott Osborne (Teresa) and Emily Jean Osborne; and his stepmother Dorolyn Kay Osborne. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
