He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Luther McBrayer and Eunice Opal Morgan McBrayer; his children, Brian McBrayer and Ginger Vincent; and his brothers, Harold McBrayer and Buster McBrayer.

He is survived by: his wife Tracie F. McBrayer; his son Greg Vincent (Valerie); and his sister Juanel Self. He is also survived by five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
