He is survived by: his wife Janet Williams-Summers; his stepdaughter Jennifer Oakes (Dewayne); his mother Jane; his son Buddy Ratliff; and his stepson Will Gaines.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Berryhill Funeral Home (2305 Memorial Pkwy NW, Huntsville, AL 35810). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
