Carr of LaFayette, AL, Bobby Jones (Cynthia) of LaFayette, AL, Steve White (Patricia) of LaFayette, AL, Patsy Rudd (Mac Arthur) of Valley, AL and Patricia Hicks (Jerome) of Aikens, SC; his uncle Eddie Jones, Sr. of Decatur, GA; his aunts, Dorothy Finley of Lafayette, AL, Jennifer Whitaker of Valley, AL and Johnnie Ann Jones of Decatur, GA; and his siblings-in-law, Charlene Turner of Lafayette, AL, Helen Turner of Lanett, AL, Leon Turner (Tammy) of Lafayette, AL and James Oneal Holloway of California. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Silmon-Seroyer Funeral Home Chapel (612 M. L. King Drive SE, Lafayette, AL 36862). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Mt. Calvary Baptist Church (731 1st St SE, La Fayette, AL 36862). A burial will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at the Essie J. Handy Memorial Cemetery (402 B St, La Fayette, AL 36862).
