Dexter Foreman (Chasity) of Lanett, AL; her aunts, Bertha Foreman of LaFayette, Beatrice Foreman of Atlanta, GA and O'Nell Bledsoe of Opelika, AL; Willean Heard of LaFayette, AL and Sandra Holloway (Tommy) of LaFayette, AL. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Silmon-Seroyer Funeral Home Chapel (612 M. L. King Drive SE, Lafayette, AL 36862). The lying in state was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Mt. Calvary Baptist Church (731 1st St SE, La Fayette, AL 36862). A burial was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 at the Essie J. Handy Memorial Cemetery (402 B St, La Fayette, AL 36862).
