Linda Dianne Myers Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda Dianne Myers of LaFayette, Alabama, who passed away on September 25, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Yarbrough and Mabel Gaches Yarbrough; and her children, Cherie Groover and Michael Groover. She is survived by: her husband Al Myers of LaFayette, AL; her son Buddy Groover (Fran); her sisters, Wendy Williams (Jeff) of LaFayette, AL and Ginnie Lunsford of Auburn, AL; and her grandchildren, Chelsea Groover, Colby Groover, Logan Groover (Hannah) and Ryan Groover.
A graveside service was held on Sunday, September 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM and at 2:00 PM at the Oakwood Cemetery (1462 1st St, Lanett, AL 36863).
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Providence Baptist Church, Bethany House, or Girls' Ranch.
