He was predeceased by: his parents, William Calvin Meadows and Essie Mae Lawhorn Meadows; his siblings, Jimmy Meadows (Pam) of Lanett and Sue Auchmuty; and his brother-in-law Jim Auchmuty.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Bowling Meadows; his children, Scott Meadows (Mandy) of Valley, Rachel Knox (Paul) of LaGrange and Keith Meadows (Kelsey) of Alexandria; his siblings, Ralph Meadows (Becky) of Montgomery, Billy Ray Meadows (Carol) of Lanett, Nancy Wright (Dennis) of Eclectic, Joyce Hillyer (Frank Nowakowski) of Opelika, Deborah Whitehead (James) of Montgomery and Butch Meadows (Susan) of Opelika; his sisters-in-law, Luellyn Meadows of Hartsville, SC, Jean White of Abanda and Linda Drake of Marietta; and his grandchildren, Jessica Meadows, Maddy Meadows, Blake Meadows, Kenley Meadows, Morgan Knox and Macy Knox. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
