We bid farewell to Dolores Steen Hamm of Lanett, Alabama, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 15, 2025 at the age of 78. Dolores touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lathing Thomas Steen and Mary Odell Nolen Steen; her husband Kenneth E. Hamm; and her siblings, Loretta McCollough, Helen Steen, George Steen, Alice Courtney, Glennie Gorham, Margie Davis and Wanda Steen.
She is survived by: her daughter Paula Davis; her son-in-law Tommy; and her brother Douglas Steen (Mona). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cherished friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Johnson Brown-Service Funeral Home Chapel (3700 20th Ave, Valley, AL 36854). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at the Randolph Memory Gardens (64930 AL-22, Roanoke, AL 36274).
