Madden of Opelika, AL, Steven Madden (Mary Ann) of Cusseta, AL, Cleveland Madden of Cusseta, AL, Mae Loise Core of Valley, AL, Doris Dowdell (Bennie) of Opelika, AL and Mary Emma Peterson of Opelika, AL; and her siblings-in-law, Racine Madden of Pontiac, MI, Ellis Core (Evella) of Cleveland, OH, Willie Ralph Core (Bobbie Jean) of Valley, AL, Lee James Core (Wanda) of Columbus, GA and Johnny Lewis Core (Beverly) of Opelika, AL. She was also cherished by fifty-five great-grandchildren; twelve great-great grandchildren.

Viewing will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. The lying in state will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Concord Missionary Baptist Church (11727 US-280, Salem, AL 36874). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
