She was predeceased by: her husband Byron Clifford Slaughter; her parents, Nell Miller and Sonny Jones; and her aunt Leah Harrington. She is survived by: her daughters, Washina Devon Slaughter and Christina Denise Posey (Jody); her granddaughters, Leah Symone Collins, Hanna Rodriguez, Veronica Devon Collins, Catherine Melissa Slaughter, Abigail Jody Posey and Olivia Marie Posey; and her great grandchild Truth.
