She was predeceased by: her parents, Steve Gasaway and Judy Gasaway; her brother Jamie Gasaway; and her grandparents, Jaruth and Shirley Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Katelyn Nelson and Jared Nelson; her aunts and uncles, Glenn Johnson (Vicky) and Mike Duffie (Ragene); her sibling's children, Brailey Gasaway, Hunter Gasaway and Addisyn Allen; and her cousin Ashley Conner (Chris, family: Kori Johnson).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Jeff Jones Funeral Home (152 Alabama Ave E, La Fayette, AL 36862). A burial will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Osanippa Baptist Church Cemetery (1420 Co Rd 299, Lanett, AL 36863).
