Kelley (Hayden), Emmy Kelley and Anna Johns; her great grandchildren, Caroline, Brayden, Cole, Rowan, Adeline, Ellis, Avery, Dean and Garrett; her boyfriend Gerald Hartin; and her siblings, Angeline Frazier, Lafayette Sampley (Ann) and Jerry Sampley (Brenda). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
