She is survived by: her parents, Daniel Ballard and Pamela Ballard; her grandfather William Sullivan; her children, Lily Hare, Asher Hare, Piper Revis, Bryson Revis and Ryder Revis; her sisters, Melisa Allman (Cassidy), Kimberly Clark and Tara Burnham (Rance); her nieces, Taylor Turner and Lila Allman; Austin Revis and Joshua Hare.
