Though Bob Edward may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Bob Edward touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Edward and Madge Eva Powell; his brother Richard; and his son Donald Edward. He is survived by: his wife Jacquelyn Cox; his daughter Deborah McCombs (Curtis); his grandson David; and his daughter-in-law Debbie Williams.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM and at 1:00 PM at the Collier-Butler Funeral Home (824 Rainbow Dr, Gadsden, AL 35901).
