He was predeceased by: his parents, Pauleen Watson and John Robert Watson. He is survived by: his son Robert Watson; his granddaughters, Summer Fiut and Megan Guy; his great grandchildren, Aiden and Mark Fuit; and his siblings, Carolyn Thomas (Donny) and Alfred Watson (Linda).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Kilgroe Funeral Home (1750 Ashville Rd, Leeds, AL 35094). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, September 4th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Forest Crest Cemetery (5730 US-78, Birmingham, AL 35210).
