She is survived by: her husband John D. Smith "Jake"; her daughters, Rhonda Bailey (Terry), Debbie Bethune (Alan) and Melissa Burks (Allen); her grandchildren, Hunter Ryan (Stefanie), Beth Duke (Chase), Jonathan Bethune (Ashley), Joseph Bethune (Sloane), Logan Silvia and Nicole Vines (Evan); her brother Clayburn Harris (Ruby); and her sisters-in-law, Gayle Smith and Janet Smith. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
