He is survived by: his wife Darleen Gates Roper; his children, Belinda Harris (Danny), Gary Michael Roper, Jr. (Cindy) and David Wayne Roper (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Christopher Roper, Dean Roper, Kayla Tracy, Amber Rock, Baleigh Dooley, Kristen Ferguson, Trinity Whitton, Tommy Manly, Jamie Schatz and Jorja Hood; and his brother Ronald B. Roper. He is also survived by 25 great grandchildren.
