He is survived by: his wife Pamela Amos; his children, Kerri A. Calvin and Jerry Wayne Amos Jr.; his granddaughters, Juliet Calvin, Lilly Calvin and Rachel Calvin; and his siblings, JoAnn Stauffer, Mike Eaves (Sheila), Tonna Scott (Gary), John Eaves (Marilyn), Kenneth Eaves, Morris Mann (Bonnie) and Howard Mann (Terri). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
