It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Oran Welborn Sr. of Leeds, Alabama, who passed away on July 22, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley Welborn; and his daughter Carol Brown. He is survived by: his children, Elaine Coston, John Welborn, Jr. and Jeff Welborn (LaTonya); his grandchildren, Stephen, Paul, Abby, Chloe, Jacob and Ava; and his great grandchildren, Kelsie, Ryan, Matthew, Andrew and Benjamin Coston.
