We announce the death of Kay E. Martin (Leeds, Alabama), who passed away on June 15, 2026, at the age of 71. Kay will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Kay’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued her companionship.
She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth Martin; her father Jimmy Elkins; and her stepfather William Logan. She is survived by: her son Jason Robinson (Rachel); her mother Gail Bishop Logan; her siblings, Lynn Elkins (Mickie) and Nina Farrington (Chris); and her stepsister Mary Ann Somers (Tom). She is also survived by 3 grandchildren, 2 nephews and 5 great nieces and nephews.
