She is survived by: her daughter Kimberly Stark; her stepdaughters, Teresa Smith, Tonja Winfrey and Tammy Barnes; and her siblings, Steve Simmons, Sandy Irvin, Lori Scurlock, Deana Simmons and Kelly Kendrick. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
