She was predeceased by : her parents, William Henry Banks and Alice Isbell Banks; and her siblings, Pete Banks, Lemuel Banks and Maxine "Tina" Armstrong.

She is survived by : her husband Roger Blackmon; her children, Tammy Harton (Sammy), Steven Peoples, Eddy Allison (Jaque), Scottie Peoples (Ashley), Robbie Blackmon (Lisa) and Scott Blackmon; her grandchildren, Olivia Strickland, Savannah Peoples, Kendall Allison, Tristan Allison, Gabbi Jo Allison, Malachi Peoples, Aubree Peoples, Sophia Peoples, Harlee Blackmon and Rylan Blackmon; and her siblings, Alice Payne, Mary Swain, John Banks and Jimmy Banks.
