She was predeceased by: her parents, James Thurman Smith Sr. and Lillie Belle Gould. She is survived by: her husband Cecil Carson Baxter Jr.; and her children, Randell Paul Moore of Georgia, Deanna Bullock (Robert) of Lillian, AL and Rex Moore (Audrey) of Birmingham, AL.. She is also survived by her three grandsons and three great-grandsons.
