He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Carter Goggins, Sr. and Geraldine Goggins; his sister Sheila Dean Ingram; and his brother-in-law Lloyd Ingram. He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his sons, Barry (Susan) and Scott; his granddaughters, Rachel and Leah; and his brother Keith (Patricia). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Kilgroe Funeral Home (1750 Ashville Rd, Leeds, AL 35094). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
