She is survived by: her husband Patrick Horne; her children, Nicole Popwell (Jacob), Andrew Horne and Brandon Horne (Hannah); her sisters, Heather Santonio (Lou) and Jennifer Condra (Eric); and her siblings' children, Carrie Horne, Cory Horne (Heather), Louis Santonio and Nicholas Santonio.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Kilgroe Funeral Home (1750 Ashville Rd, Leeds, AL 35094). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
