Tom Grigg Stansell, age 79, of Arab, Alabama passed away on Tuesday, June 11, 2024. Tom is preceded in death by his father, Alva Stansell; mother, Marion Johnston Stansell; son, Greg Stansell. Tom is survived by his wife, Brenda Stansell; daughters, Shannon Pennington and Sierra Burton (Dustin); step-son, Ted Graham (Stephanie); grandchildren, Adam Stansell (Jessica), Aleha Greathouse, Anthony Greathouse Jr, Caleb Burton, Elliott Burton, Ashley Graham and Savannah Graham; great-grandchildren, Adalyn Stansell and Jolee Stansell; sister, Sharon Hixon (Sherrod). A Graveside Service will be held on Monday June 17, 2024 at 11:00AM from Elmwood Cemetery in Birmingham, Alabama. A Celebration of Life Service will follow at Leeds First Baptist Church at 1:30PM in Leeds, Alabama. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Tunnels to Towers at http://www.t2t.org.
