Virginia Stone Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Stone (Leeds, Alabama), born in Yazoo City, Mississippi, who passed away on April 15, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Mallie Vernon and Ella Baldwin Carmichael. She is survived by : her children, Nancy Stone Mansfield (John) and Lloyd "Trey" L. Stone III (Miriam); and her grandchildren, Katie Mansfield Bastain, Christie Mansfield McKinney, Abigial Mansfield Rayford, John William Mansfield Jr., Andrew Leftwich Stone and Mallie Stone Vincent.

A graveside service was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Branchville Cumberland Presbyterian Church Cemetery.

Donations can be made in Jennie's honor to the Briarwood Missions Ministry.
