He was predeceased by : his parents, Thomas Simeon McLendon and Maxium Amanda Thomas McLendon; and his sons, Daniel Gray McLendon and William H. "Bill" McLendon, Jr. (Jacki). He is survived by : his wife Alice Elizabeth Gray of Ensley; his children, Robin Anne McLendon and Patrick Thomas McLendon (Heidi Moos); his grandchildren, Maddy (Bill), Connor (Bill), Logan (Patrick) and Jean (Patrick); and his sister Eula Mae Hinton.
