He was predeceased by: his brother Jimmy Tisdale; and his parents, Yank Foote and Cora Foote. He is survived by: his wife Betty Joyce Foote; his children, Nathan Foote, Jeanette Foote Starr and Tony Wayne Phillips; and his siblings, Randy Foote, Kay Cotter and Trudy Foote. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
